Adam Hare, ESQ.

Birth Trauma Litigator

Adam Hare brings extensive experience from both sides of medical malpractice litigation to his work representing families affected by birth injuries and medical negligence. He has focused his practice on helping injured patients and their families seek justice, drawing on nearly a decade of prior experience that gives him unique insight into how hospitals and insurance companies approach these cases.

Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, Adam has managed medical malpractice cases from intake through trial and appeal. He served as First Chair for two Maryland trials and has developed particular expertise in dental malpractice cases. His comprehensive approach includes conducting detailed research, preparing expert designation statements, and collaborating closely with medical experts to build the strongest possible cases for his clients.

Before transitioning to plaintiff work, Adam achieved a 93% success rate across more than 100 cases, giving him valuable perspective on effective case strategy and trial preparation. He excels at guiding expert witnesses through depositions and trial testimony, drafting compelling legal motions, and maintaining the kind of meticulous case management that complex medical malpractice litigation demands.

Clients appreciate Adam’s exceptional ability to explain complicated medical and legal concepts in clear terms, his genuine commitment to client collaboration, and his thoughtful advocacy on their behalf. He understands that behind every case is a family seeking answers, accountability, and the resources to move forward after a preventable injury has changed their lives.
